Pastor Dan was called to West Hill in July 1974. He and his wife Karen were married in 1971.They have 3 children who are also married and have children.Pastor Dan has a real burden for prayer and has started numerous prayer ministries at West Hill and desires that the church be truly a “House of Prayer.”

Pastor Mark Davenport joined West Hill's staff the first time in 1979. He served as minister of Music and Youth for 6 years before moving to Maine to become the Pastor of First Baptist of Waldoboro. Five years later with a degree in Biblical Counseling he was invited to become the Co-Pastor at West Hill Baptist Church. He has served West Hill in that capacity since 1990. He and his wife Robin sing together and have raised two boys. Travis, married to Vanessa who have a little boy Noah Cash and Cody who is a Senior at Liberty University. Pastor Mark oversees family ministries which involves teaching the married couples class and most of the counseling done at the church. He heads up different mentoring groups such as "Ironmen" which meets monthly.
Worship Pastor to Hill/Pastor to Mosaic College Age

Pastor Travis his wife Vanessa, and their son Noah Cash, came to us from Ellsworth, Maine in 2006, where he served as Student Minister at Family Bible Church. Pastor Travis leads the College Age Ministry (Mosaic) at West Hill. Mosaic meets every Wednesday night at 7:00pm in the FLC, and also every Sunday morning at 9:30am in the college room above the FLC. Pastor Travis also has a passion for Worship, so it was natural for him to take the reigns of our newest venue, "Worship at the Hill". Worship at the Hill is our Contemporary or, "Modern Worship" service.
High School Ministry

Pastor Scott Price has been our youth pastor since 1993, coming from Avondale Baptist Church where he served as a youth pastor for four years. He and his wife Melinda, have a daughter (Leesha) and a son (Logan) who are very active in their schools, sports and church. Melinda also serves as a teacher at the West Hill’s Preschool. Pastor Scott is a graduate of Liberty University and has a master’s degree from Moody Bible Institute. He is currently working on another master’s degree from Liberty.
Pastor Scott oversees the total student ministry department, but invests his energy into Sr. High Students. He has recruited a great team of volunteer youth leaders that competently and compassionately love young people to Jesus. This team faithfully and sacrificially serves with an excitement that is contagious to almost any teenager!
There are many activities planned throughout the year, and a ministry team that students can serve on. Sunday class is each week at 9:30 am focuses on learning, while RIOT (Reaching In & Out Together) NITE happens each Wednesday at 7:00 pm and is geared toward life application. Pastor to Middle School

Pastor Dave has been our Middle School Pastor since September of 2004. A native of Orrville, Ohio he grew up attending WHBC. Dave is a graduate of Lexington Baptist College with a Bachelors Degree in Youth Ministry.
Following graduation from college in 1999, he was the Youth Pastor at Glen's Creek Baptist Church in Versailles, Kentucky for three years.
He and his wife Heidi have been married since 1998, and have a girl, Natalie, who was born March 17th, 2006. Pastor Dave enjoys working with computers and singing.
AREA 51 has various program and activities for middle school students, grades 6-8. Sunday Morning Class - A time to get deeper into God's Word, and a time to worship God. Throughout the year we have Small Groups to discuss what we're learning. Wednesday Night - An upbeat night designed to build relationships, worship God, and present the Gospel to students through topical lessons. This is a night to bring friends, play games, worship God, and have fun. More info HERE

Pastor of Children's Ministries

Pastor Mike Feliciano has been our Children’s Pastor since October of 2001. Before joining the staff at West Hill, Mike pastored a small church in Indiana. Mike and his wife Julie have been married for 17 years. They have four children, Rachel, Ruth, Michael, and Caleb. Mike was born in Berea OH, and grew up in nearby Medina, OH. Pastor Mike received Christ after watching the Billy Graham Crusade in August of 1970. God called Mike into the ministry under his fathers preaching in 1976. To prepare for the ministry, Mike enrolled at the Massillon Baptist College and graduated in 1988 with a Bachelor of Divinity degree. Pastor Mike has also earned his Master of Theology degree from Southern Indiana Baptist College.Pastor Mike enjoys teaching the Word of God, training teachers, and sharing the Gospel with kids.

Our Children’s Ministry exists to SHARE Christ with the children of our community. TEAM them with other Christians and ADVANCE them in spiritual maturity. Helping them to RECOGNIZE their spiritual gifts and SURRENDER their lives to God.
